FBI Cyber Division, the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF), and the IC3/CYWATCH are committed to sharing information with our Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) partners and other impacted departments and agencies while ensuring victim interests are also protected. As a law enforcement agency, the FBI has obligations to protect information concerning victims of crime, but balances that with our ability to lawfully share information for the protection of critical infrastructure. As a result, the FBI is requiring every agency who receives FBI cyber intelligence, which is scored as a Cyber Incident Severity Schema (CISS) Level 1 Green or higher and directly impacts critical infrastructure, to acknowledge handling and victim contact caveats.

For the following form, "Recipient" refers to the email that receives SRMA notifications and FBI information as related to this opt-in.

The SRMA Opt-in Lead is required to complete the following form on behalf of, and assumes responsibility for, all individuals that receive FBI information via an Agency's distribution email.
